PerformanceFrom fabric brief to mill-direct delivery
Our fabric sourcing process is built to remove friction — connecting your spec directly to the right mill, managing sampling and testing, and ensuring your fabric arrives on specification.
Fabric Brief
You provide fabric specification: composition, weight (GSM), construction, finish, color reference, and required certification (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, etc.). We translate it into a sourcing specification.
Mill Matching
We identify the best-suited mill from our partner network across Turkey, Italy, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, and other key fabric-producing countries — matched to your spec, price, and lead time.
Lab Dip & Strike-Off
The selected mill produces a lab dip (for color) or strike-off (for printed fabric). We review, provide feedback, and resubmit until your shade and quality is approved.
Proforma Invoice
Once you approve the sample, the mill issues a Proforma Invoice with all commercial terms. We review PI accuracy, confirm packing and shipping details, and help you process payment.
Bulk Production & QC
We monitor bulk production, collect a pre-shipment swatch for lab testing (tensile, shrinkage, colorfastness), and verify the roll count and footage against the PI.
Delivery & Documentation
Fabric rolls are shipped with full export documentation — packing list, commercial invoice, bill of lading, test reports, and relevant certifications — ready for import clearance.
